pkrvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to pkrvip.
You may close your pkrvip account at any time by contacting the pkrvip support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
